Return Policy

We want you to be happy with our Landscape Design Starter Kit and other services; however, these products are services. Once you receive them, they cannot be returned. Please contact us at our customer service department by email: CustomerService@4uLandscapeDesign.com.
- Products: Landscape Tools and More...
We sell only new items, and warrant them in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy. Landscape tools need to be handled to know if they are acceptable. Therefore, you may return these items to us within 10 days, new or used, according to instructions on your packing slip. No C.O.D's will be accepted.
Damaged or unacceptable Garden Decor and More... items must be returned within 2 days.
Request that intent to return items is emailed to CustomerService@4uLandscapeDesign.com immediately for processing.
